Hello Reba, Thanks for contacting this forum. If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription or non-subscription version such as Office Home and Business 2021, 2019, 2016 or 2013, in most cases you can't run these versions together on the same computer.

Both Office Professional Plus 2019 HUP and Volume license versions are installed by click-to-run. The .img file is not a official way from Microsoft to install Office Professional Plus 2019. And this must not be Click-to-run. That’s why it may cause you issue. Did you purchase your Office from a third-party seller?
Office 365 is licensed per user with licensed account, so it could helps ensure that subscribers accessing Office 365 ProPlus and etc are licensed appropriately on a shared computer. The Office 2019 could be activated by Active Directory instead of the licensed account. It does not need Shared Computer Licensing mode. That is, if you sign into Office on a 6th machine, MS automatically unlicenses one of the other machines. This is only an problem if you need to be logged in to 6+ machines at a time. We used E3 licenses for everyone. Although now that Office 365 is Microsoft 365, I think the E3 license we had might not be the E3 license that's currently available.

If you have an Microsoft 365 subscription, you can sign out of Office on a PC or Mac remotely from any web browser to deactivate the installation. Because Office will sign you out of devices automatically to stay within your sign-in limit, there's no longer a need to use this process to free up installs.

I got Office 2016 from their "shopping mall" several years ago. I've been upgraded/updated to : Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 (that is what is listed when I click "account" when running WORD). CUNY no longer uses that route--faculty members "get" MS 365 instead. I'd like to continue using Office 2019 vs MS 365.
If there are many machines can not install Office 2019, can you install Office from Internet (CDN)? If so, you can delete SourcePath="c:\windows\it_files\microsoft office 2019 standard" from configuration file. And run setup.exe /configure command to install Office directly from Internet.
I reinstalled the fresh windows 10 version:1809 to my pc and again installed the Office 2019 from ISO, during the installation the final window this message appear. The installation path showing as follow path. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office Web Apps. But no relevant exe file (winword.exe/ outlook.exe) available to run on that location.
